History and evolution of  ITACHI UCHIHA

Itachi is one of the most influential characters in the entire manga and anime Even after death, he is influential No, sorry. After death, he is even more influential! But, well, the truth is that Itachi's a great character Objectively, he's one of the best characters in the entire manga and anime

What can I say?

However, I think Kishi overdo it just a bit with Itachi To the point that sometimes I feel like he draws himself Well, today we're going to talk about the real mangaka of this story, I cannot start from the beginning 'cause Itachi doesn't have one It's the opposite

The beginning has an Itachi Generally, I will only talk about the manga, But Itachi is so involved in everything With his pen in his pocket Honestly, I don't remember what is from the manga and what doesn't So, I'm going to mention all I can remember of him Either from the novels or the manga Ok, Let's see

Itachi was a kid born in Konoha Specifically, within the Uchiha clan A clan full of kind, courageous people Being progress their main virtue, Since they improve their abilities through their restless training hard work, and on top of that their powers lie in the intense love they feel for others And any loss of that love segregates some kind of anti-plot liquid That gives them inhuman powers, and sometimes, without sense So, Yes!

Because they feel more than the average human, they're very... Explosive But Itachi was different Itachi was an Uchiha who didn't care for any of that He was a very calm kid With just 7 years old this little boy already thought like Like a Hokage

Before we continue

Before we continue, I have to explain my point of view of Itachi You see, I consider Itachi one of the best secondary characters ever But it is undeniable that the author flatters him every time he can Certainly, many of his qualities are well-founded in the manga, But many times, it's clear when the author decides to inflate him So he seems like a completely unreachable character In other words, Out of nowhere, every time Itachi appears, always ALWAYS Does something without foundation and background So it seems like Itachi is infinitely superior to anyone And this is nothing more than Kishimoto's desire to either Reflect himself into this character or to make Sasuke even greater Since he had a role-model impossible to beat But the, in the manga, he makes it look like if he had surpassed him That is to say, Itachi DRAWS HIMSELF!

Everything starts here If Itachi wants to do something, he simply does it He takes out his pen and... Ready I don't what to say that what he does is illogical Or it does not make sense Not at all What I mean is that many things he does come out of nowhere And clearly is for the reader to say "No, Itachi you're a badass!"

Easy...

And this of " Thinking like a Hokage" is the first one I mean, to this point we knew almost nothing about Itachi We did not know how his childhood was like What did he do? How did he interact? The first thing They throw at us randomly is that Itachi thought like a Hokage at 7 Was it necessary to know this for the development of his childhood? NO! But it makes Itachi look even more pro And the others don't even have a used crayon... But, well.

Let's continue

The thing is that Itachi was someone calm but very empathicIt hurt him watch other people suffer, and he worried about others What made everything worse, is that he was exposed From a very young age to the disgraces of war

He saw countless deads and made him appreciate the peace So from then on, his mission was to avoid conflict There is a point where he was overwhelmed with emotions Because he might be Itachi, but he is still an Uchiha So not knowing how to deal with so much He decides to end his life Until he finds out that he is going to have a little brother.

A little boy named Sasuke In fact, Itachi visits his parents at the hospital and sees how his father says "Oh! Sasuke! We will raise you to be a great man" From that moment on, his little brother Becomes Itachi's world. Since he is, literally, The reason why he is still alive

Yet, there is something very important that I want to mention

I suppose it's obvious to this point but... Itachi is a GENIUS He is probably one of the ninjas with the most talent in history He graduated from the academy at seven, was ANBU leader at 13 Can you imagine being an experienced military man And receive orders from a prepubescent

•Itachi's talent was incomparable The only one, of his generation And maybe from the modern history of Konoha That could get close to him, was his best friend. Shisui. An Uchiha that in my mind was an incredible character That was maybe, the worst victim of one of the manga's most important events: The Uchiha Slaughter Look, since the village foundation, the Uchihas Were feared, not only for their eye powers but for their Emotional volatility The second Hokage, Tobirama, Always thought the Uchihas would be a problem to the village prosperity.... And frankly... He was right! Analyze it!

A clan highly emotional Whose maximum powers are obtained by killing each other Are they crazy? The rational thing is to take the psychos out of here as soon as possible But to keep the general order. He simply assigned them To be in charge of the police. That way, He could have them under control And watching over them without them noticing I'm not saying it was the most brilliant plan, but sure it was decent.

But everything went to bad years later Turns out that under Hiruzen's rule, the Kyuubi attacked the village Destroying great part of their infrastructure, and murdering many people The Kyubi wouldn't do this unless he was under someone's control Someone really powerful, but most importantly... Mysterious That the Kyubi was controlled by a Sharingan Caused great discomfort in the village, since many Including Konoha's high ranks Thought it was caused by an Uchiha inside the village So they decided to increase their vigilance even more

Terrible mistake! The Uchihas felt imprisoned, incriminated, and judged Instead of solving the situation through dialog or democracy They decided to do some other things

Why should they protect a legacy and their entire clan´s integrity When they can become avenging emos and enjoy murdering everyone Isn't it, right? The wrath and outrage of feeling incriminated consumed the Uchiha leaders So, really, There was no step back

And there is when Shisui and Itachi entered the picture Both acted like double agents to try to solve things peacefully and avoid a civil war. However Itachi wasn't so sure. Since he didn't really know how to deal with the whole situation. Especially, with his little brother. Instead, Shisui did. Shisui understood that the key was to persuade the leaders And make them understand that a civil war Wouldn't only destroy the village But also would crush the Uchiha's integrity and reputation Really, there wouldn't be a winner Shisui was key in Itachi's development Since through him, he understood what a village really meant What truly had value in the ninja world Which were the future generations In other words: The Will of Fire This Will of Fire triggered Shisui to take a VERY drastic decision

To save the village He decided to abandon his pride and honor By utilizing the Kotoamatsukami The manga's most powerful genjutsu known, BY FAR! Which allows to completely manipulate a person without he noticing Which he wanted to use with the Uchiha's leader: Fugaku Who was Itachi's father

This is a jutsu capable of LITERALLY controling the world If used correctly, such power has SEVERAL risks And I do not mean the user's physical risks Like going blind or whatever I mean : something so powerful is going to be sought By those who desire more power Like Danzo Danzo was one of the village's leaders Because he always was under Hiruzen's shadow. He desired power no matter what. No matter the consequences. He didn't agree with manipulating the Uchiha's leader First, because he considers it a waste to use the jutsu just for this Since it could have even more global usages Such as controlling an entire country, Especially, considering That to use the jutsu again, he would have to wait 10 years Second, he wanted to see the Uchiha's clan annihilated Since they were the only ones, besides Hiruzen, who in theory Could stop his tyranny in the village. So after Hiruzen decided to give Shisui the mission. He goes and snatches his eyes, so he couldn't complete his mission You might be wondering, If Shisui was the only person who, at the time, overmatched Itachi How is it possible that this one-eyed old man could surprise him?

Well, simple. By doing what every character in this manga should He simply got a few magic eyes and some Hashirama's skin For some reason his cells Are all it takes to explain anything in this manga When Shisui thought he had neutralized him, Danzo used Izanagi. A jutsu whose origin comes from I. R. Baboon's red behind Snatching his eye successfully While all of this was happening, Itachi was in a mission, and when he arrived, Shisui looks for him and tells him that Danzo took his eye, and eventually, he will come for the other.

He tells him that Danzo took it Because he wanted to see the Uchiha clan slaughtered

As you see, just as the masked man of destiny

Danzo, Whose hands are in almost all this manga's tragedies Shisui decides to give Itachi his eye Since he will give it good use, and he would keep the Uchiha's integrity He gives the eye to him and before committing suicide He reminds him that he is the only person he can completely trust And puts everything on his hands Itachi tries to stop him but Shisui refuses If Itachi is the friend he knew he was, he would let him end his life Itachi is emotionally destroyed And strongly believes this is his own clan's fault Since they were the ones that started the coup Besides, Hiruzen always willed to solve everything through dialog... Or so we thought... Well, we will talk about this soon Due to Shisui's death, Itachi obtains the Mangekyou Sharingan The problem is he never could explain to his clan what happened If he had done it, they would've known he and Shisui were agents And everything would have gotten even more out of control So all his clan, even his father started to doubt him

To the point many confronted him at his house But before Itachi could turn them into their new livingroom carpet He realized that his brother is watching him and stops This is a key moment because it is some sort of inflection point to Itachi Sure! He was angry not only for losing his friend And for being threatened at his home by his own clan But also, because for a while Everyone questioned the values and posture of Fugaku's child Since he never appeared in the Uchiha's leaders meetings All this emotion mix and imminent war Led him to accept one of the most brutal missions of the entire manga

Annihilate his entire clan

Through the years, I have read people that don't understand this decision They say Itachi is crazy That he could solve it differently That is Danzo's fault That is Hiruzen's fault That is Sasuke's fault No, ok Let's analyze what happened here Really, there is no clear culprit everyone is to blame in my opinion Let me try to explain why...

Look! The Uchiha are guilty since they want to solve it through violence These guys think that the best way to get out of their situation Is through a coup d'etat and establish a dictatorship in the village This is obviously a terrible idea! First, it would've generated more internal conflicts sooner or later Because in Konoha there is a huge loyalty to Hokage's image Second, at this time, the villages were in a constant war Everyone was waiting for one village to be weaker to attack If there is a civil war, the other villages were going to attack To gain their territory, or even the Kyuubi Which would have caused a large-scale war,

Second, the high ranks, including Hiruzen, are equally guilty That the Kyuubi had attacked the village Under some Sharingan's control, it is clearly worrisome But these people took it very VERY BAD Tobirama always explained to Saru how volatile the Uchihas were For that reason, he assigned them as policemen What did they do after the Kyuubi's attack? They moved the policemen to a corner in Konoha Where they could have them under control If the Uchiha were in charge of security How can you logically explain the reasons for moving them to a CORNER? Where their police work is as inefficient as possible Obviously, they would feel cornered And Hiruzen went on saying he wanted to solve things peacefully... But what did he do to accomplish that? NOTHING

His brilliant idea was to spy on them Why didn't he talk directly to Fugaku, for example? He talks a lot about peace but he did nothing to solve this situation Actually, he had no control over his subordinates Starting with Danzo, who did what he wanted without opposition Yes! Hiruzen was an terrible Hokage So both sides are equally guilty Now, what does this have to do with Itachi? A LOT. Let's put ourselves in his shoes

You have two sides The clan you love vs. the village you also love The first one wants to do a dictatorial coup that would start a war And the other does nothing to solve it Even more, they ordered to slaughter them before it gets worse Dialog does not exist anywhere Hiruzen won't do a thing because he is an awful Hokage And the Uchiha won't retract because they already talk to Fugaku And he told them that there were no steps back Regardless of Itachi's actions, mass murder is going to happen So he must choose Either he supports his clan in the coup and murders half the village Or eliminates his clan and problem solved However, here is a very important element missing from the equation Sasuke.

If he accomplished the coup, the Uchiha would've had a terrible reputation And they would have been wanted internationally So, Sasuke wouldn't be safe in or outside the village Besides, he would have to carry the weight of this coup And all the clan's sins once he became an adult On the other hand, if he supports the Uchiha slaughter He would guarantee his brother's safety Besides, all of the village's hatred would be laid on him Not on the clan because all he had to do was influence Sasuke Making him hate him, so sooner or later He would look for him And that way, with his death, he would eliminate all sins of his clan.

Cleaning the Uchiha Name

Very similar to what Sasuke wanted to do at the end of the manga Or what Lulu did in Code Geass And Sasuke would be in charge of restoring it again like a hero Since he beat the guy who murdered his family And with this plan, he would also protect the village Since there wouldn't be and Uchiha left to make the coup Keeping internal peace As you see, objectively Annihilating his clan was clearly the best choice long-term So, yes! For me, Itachi took the right decision. He was right! However, he made two key mistakes

First - He tried to do it alone,we will talk about it
Second - He got a complete stranger involved with the murders

Let's see, Once the mission to end the Uchiha was accepted Itachi knew that his brother's safety was guaranteed. But there was another TINY issue There is when he has a.. brilliant.. idea Turns out he knew about an Uchiha who lived outside the village So he decided to get close to him to ask for his help. This stranger Uchiha was nonother than The mysterious masked man!

He had a lot of doubts about who he really was But to this point, he did not care if he was Madara or Obito The important thing is that this guy had the necessary abilities to helped him with the mission. The key to success was that this man wouldn't learn the truth behind it all.In other words, that he wouldn't learn that Itachi was doing it all for the village's sake Something questionable on Itachi's part. Because he tells him not to touch Sasuke.Which evidences that there is more in his plan than what it seems. Besides, this guy doesn't only goes through walls and teleports through dimensions, he also has an Aloe Vera spy almost omnipresent. On what parallel universe did Itachi think that this guy wouldn't know everything?.Or that he wouldn't be able to know it all? That's another of Itachi's mistake!

But, well To this point, he really had a few options The massacre begins but there is nothing to tell, really. It's just blood around here, blood around there, death around here, death around there

A girl from the Uchiha clan. This girl never appear in the manga, but it was interesting to know that Itachi did have a connection besides blood and his little brother. In the anime, she encounters Tobi and tries to attack him. She really was skillful to her age, since she had a Sharingan with 3 blades. To her regret, this guy is one of the most powerful Uchihas in history. So he eliminated her in a second However. before her end, she remembers Itachi and in her mind, she cries out to save her

However, in the novel, Itachi puts her on a genjutsu where she is living. happily ever after with him. To later end her life

What a life Itachi had. And that wasn't the worst part! When he arrives at his house. He thought he would have had a difficult encounter with his father Since he also had a Mangekyou. To his surprise, Both of his parents were waiting for him sitting.in the middle of the room. Itachi in shock,.hears his father, who tells him that he would be unable to fight with his own son. So both of them, accept their fate actually, his mother tells him that he understands what he is doing Fugaku asks to make a promise before Itachi ends him He asks to, please, take good care of Sasuke Itachi starts crying but his father tells him not to be afraid to be strong, since this is the path he chose And their suffering, unlike Itachi's will end in an instant. Besides, he says that even though they thought very differently, he is really proud of his son. And that he considers him a good boy.

This ends breaking Itachi emotionally. But knowing that this was the only way to save the village and protect his little brother
he completes the job. Itachi did not have time to get himself together emotionally. Because Sasuke had arrived at the place of the slaughter So he proceeds to use a genjutsu. In a way that he would be in shock, and full of anger for his brother And carry out what I previously explained However, as he was leaving, sees how Sasuke draws strength to confront him. By the looks of this scene, Itachi can't hold it anymore So he ends crying in front of Sasuke.

He, who was so tired from the genjutsu, ends up passing out All this incredible and disturbing sequence, from Itachi's point of view must have been hell But he knew that sacrificing his life and soul was the right thing to do to save his little brother and loving village But well, Even though all of this sounds like a tragic ending This is not Itachi's ending Because, the key development of his plan, in other words, that Sasuke grows up and eliminates him.

Was not yet carried out After making clear to Danzo and the other who is the boss and to don't even think about laying a hand on Sasuke. He proceeds to join Akatsuki You see, when he asked the help of the masked man with fabulous hair. They made a deal. Itachi would join his organization and he wouldn't lay a hand on Sasuke. Besides, by being a member of Akatsuki, he could keep an eye on the village. And of course, to make sure that he would be keeping his word of taking care of Sasuke. He joins this group and in the anime, they assign him a partner named Yuzu The former owner of the Kubikiribocho. The sword used by Zabuza After different missions, he ends up losing his life. And here is when he is assigned to Sharkbait To this point, Itachi was wanted internationally for the acts committed against the Uchiha Besides, his act was complete craziness even for the ninja world standards So , the fact that he annihilated his entire clan was considered common knowledge His new partner, Kisame.

Let him know as soon as they meet. Telling Itachi that they are both scums for killing their own blood Itachi, understanding the situation, ergo, that he would spend a long time with this little fish makes it very clear who has the pen in this story. Without no idea of who Sharkbait was He proceeds to say that all he said was wrong Quickly, he gives him a life lesson. And he replays with a spectacular metaphor That Kisame used for less than two seconds Curiously, even though he had no idea who Kisame was He was completely right! He read Kisame, practically, without knowing him.

Actually, from here on Itachi ceases to be the Uchiha who sacrifice it all To become the story's mangaka! You will see why. After capturing Jinchuriki Son Goku Itachi tells Kisame to go to Konoha with the excuse of capturing Naruto In reality, he went to verify that his agreement was fulfilled In other words, that his little brother was untouched Not many remember, but Konoha's security is, in theory, very high Many keep with the idea of the two guards who only sleep But in reality, there is a barrier 24/7 covering the village There are only two ways to enter undetected Either you throw a corpse through the air And invoke yourself from inside the village like a boss Or you learn the village's passwords and everything else Which always called my attention So, is there a keyboard or so to type in passwords? I mean, is it literally a chakra barrier or so? Where does he enter the password or whatever?!

Well, the point is that Itachi knew all the entrances to the village }They were never changed, just to prove the agreement Hiruzen had with Itachi. After drinking a latte in one of Konoha's shops They never changed, just to sustain the agreement Hiruzen made with Itachi After drinking a latte in one of Konoha's shops he meets healthy-lungs and... They have a brief conversation

So you have a background on their bravery... Or stupidity... depending on perspective At this point in the manga Itachi was considered the most powerful ninja alive Maybe, only behind Jiraiya And Jiraiya at the time, in the power scale, was nearly unreachable in other words, For us, the readers, to this point, in the manga This guy was invincible! However, these two weirdos tried anyways Asuma fought Sharkboy and Kurenai.. well... I never get tired of this Before it got worse, Kakashi arrived They talk briefly, but Itachi decides he wants to drink another latte And in less than a second, only with his sight Sends the village's most talented and feared man to the hospital Even Azuma says something like

"Man, what happened? You finished your sentence and fell to the ground"

Sadly, the half Uchiha knew things he shouldn't know thanks to his majesty, Jiraiya So Itachi tells Kisame to capture him. And Gai appears to save the day Because Itachi is this story's mangaka It is more than clear that he knew what the bushy-eyebrowed could do At this point, we already knew about the gates But due to the power scale at the time It was very hard to imagine that Gai could bend space and time So, predicting what he´ll write later, he leaves to avoid troubles with Son Gai Naruto was with his majesty, Jiraiya, so they send him a striper to solve the situation And they took the advantage to meet with Naruto Not so casually, Sasuke appears, and Itachi decides to humiliate him more So the message that he must beat him is reinforced When they are, supposedly, about to take Naruto His majesty appears Jiraiya uses one of the most questionable, yet powerful, jutsus of the manga Invoking a frog's stomach From what we knew of the manga, there was no way these guys could escape But it is here when Itachi puts his hand inside his pocket And draws in the wall a mysterious black fire Which we will know as Amaterasu, and he escapes from Jiraiya The power scale then was everyone using kunai and B-rank techniques Being able to burn something only through sight And that this fire is... as hot as the sun Was really something very VERY exaggerated It was a shame not to witness Itachi's abilities in the first part of the manga It would have been fun to see this guy fight with his powers While his enemies threw shurikens Well, we don't know more of him until Shippuden He knew Sasuke was looking for him, so he waited in a place they both knew A den used by the Uchiha But before giving the first step to one of the most mangaka acts of this story.

Turns out he meets Naruto alone Which is impressive since there was all kind of sensor ninjas with him And no one even suspected. But, well They have a conversation that can be summarized to Itachi asking Naruto why is he so obsessed with Sasuke? Naruto answers that what kind of question was that Perhaps he didn't notice how emo and toned was his body... Itachi proceeds to ask what would he do if Sasuke attacked the village Naruto says that he wouldn't kill him. Since he does consider Sasuke like a brother Itachi, happy with the answer, decides to give Naruto a power Without explaining what it was or how to use it "What is this power?" you may wonder Well, really, it's all about swallowing a living crow But, seriously, I remember at the time there were debates about this power We all thought it would be the key to fight Sasuke's genjutsus Once they confronted each other Since, at the time, Naruto wasn't Kurama's friend And well, we were close!... Nah!... We only got right that Naruto was involved... My God... we had no idea!

He encounters his little brother After saying some foolishness about Madara To help Sasuke not to doubt all he would tell him later He ensures that he wouldn't doubt about killing him Through a psychotic act that... Clearly, transcended the manga and became the culture He smokes it green and tells him that He desires his eyes, so he can obtain the eternal Mangekyou And blah, blah, blah... Uchiha stuff They get into an interesting fight because Itachi was sick Apparently, he was! And the medicines he took were to extend his life long enough... However, that didn't influence Sasuke's victory He obviously let him win  But well, after Itachi uses that black fire from the beginning of the manga Which was over-exaggerated and OP And now is neutralized just by stripping Sasuke does one of the techniques with less sense Situational, and frankly, useless of the entire manga To supposedly, defeat Itachi And here is when everything gets interesting Itachi reveals a thing called Susanoo But he has ... how can I say it?  It's equipped with two very peculiar items Yata Mirror, which, according to its description Is a spiritual perfect shield that blocks every attack And the Sword of Totsuka, that when it touches you It seals you in a container from which you will never get out It's said that these items are spiritual stuff. Spending all of Sasuke's chakra To force Orochimaru out, was part of his plan And he could obviously handle him, because In theory, Itachi is practically invincible with this stuff But I won't get into details But well, Sasuke wets his pants Because he realizes that he needs an eraser And a Shonen Jump contract to try to erase Itachi out To his surprise, Itachi wasn't trying to hurt him.

He wanted to say goodbye with his classic touch in the forehead And collapses This is one of the most symbolic scenes from the manga Because everything Itachi fought for, is materialized Besides, it's clear Itachi died happily Since he felt his objective fulfilled His happy face before dying is priceless So, even though he made very drastic decisions To sacrifice his life and his soul Itachi was able to die with a smile on his face Because he helped his beloved brother And guided him to the right path: Uchicha's clan restoration Ehh... well, no! This isn't Itachi's end Although it was a glorious ending. It's not the end!

During the war, Itachi is resurrected with the Edo Tensei In fact! He is partnered with Nagato It would be interesting to know what they said to each other For them to be hugging out there I guess Nagato said something like "Hey, I'm Pain, check out my eyes!" or something like that As fate would have it, they encounter Naruto and Bee At first, Itachi is very surprised to see Naruto's progress This is very curious since he thought big of him I guess, Naruto transforming into some kind of Saiyan Wasn't on his calculations However, Naruto tells him what he wanted to hear the least That he knew all the truth, and that Sasuke is now evil, very evil Thanks to Madara's big mouth Before something important came out of this conversation Under Kabuto's control, Itachi uses Amaterasu against Naruto Naruto says that if he uses the Amaterasu, they are done for Which I think is funny, since you only have to strip to avoid damage Or do what he did to Sasuke at the end of the manga But, well, not as surprisingly Itachi proofs again why he has the infinity pen in his pocket Turns out that the crow he put inside Naruto long ago comes out This little crow's purpose was to counterattack Sasuke And had the following function

Whenever Naruto saw Itachi's Mangekyou This crow would come out and activate the Kotoamatsukami Since this black chicken had Shisui's eye Ordered to protect Konoha Itachi didn't only forecast the battle between them But he also knew his little brother would put his eyes on That he would use the Mangekyou with Naruto And he would do it to destroy Konoha But because Itachi is above the Shonen Jump And this is one of the most OP genjutsus from the manga Since it transcends the earthly plane This freed Itachi from the Edo Tensei Because Kabuto's intentions were to destroy the village So Itachi, a deadman inside a corpse got over the war itself And a jutsu that, literally, brings your soul from hell itself What can I say? If there was someone able to mock all of us And out of all the crazy theories about that crow It must be Itachi! And you know what? Itachi's auto-drawing is not over yet Now comes the good part! After this, he gives the protagonist all he needs to save the manga He tells him that he trusts him And that he wasn't wrong about his decision

Kabuto takes control over Nagato, and he gets serious I bet you won't guess what will happen here! For some reason, Naruto and Bee act like complete apes! Naruto flaunts another great plot convenience from Kishimoto Nagato holds him, and this blond Knowing all of Pain's abilities. Proceeds to do only idiocies Even he says something like "OMG, I'm retarded" Nah, but this had a reason. All was for Itachi to solve their problems And make him look infinitely superior than two Jinchurikis with perfect control
And humiliate the Edo Tensei once more only using his sword of destiny Was it really necessary for Naruto to act this way? NO! Naruto's behavior was complete non-sense! Yes, I know that unlike Sennin mode, Kyuubi mode burns Naruto's neurons out But, man! This is indefensible This is another clear evidence that Itachi draws himself! All of this happens so he would look like a god And again, out of nowhere And for no other reason than to make the reader say

Itachi, why are you so handsome and perfect?"

Incredibly, this is not the end Since ahead in the story, he paints the perfect self-portrait Even more! a self-portrait is not enough I say he drew a Mona Lisa He solves Nagato's situation and then goes to stop the Edo Tensei In other words, to beat Kabuto. On the way, he encounters his little brother As you well know, in this manga no one ignores Sasuke Everyone, when they see the avenging emo, they get excited somehow EVERYONE, no exceptions But Itachi doesn't care If it weren't for Sasuke getting all worked up Itachi would have continued with his life... Right?

He is the only character immune to the sensitive emo's charms He meets with Kabuto, and surprisingly The four-eyes is infinitely more powerful than expected Look, I'm going to be real honest For me, this fight's losers were the Uchiha duo Mainly, because Itachi was more focused on saving Sasuke I am sure that if he were alone He would have flaunted his mystic shield or his magic pencil But, ok. Sasuke was there, so the battle was lost They didn't have a convincing way of defeating Kabuto Who surpassed them in every possible aspect

And in this case, Itachi draws his own power Turns out he captures Kabuto in a thing called Izanami  This is manga's most disgusting, senseless, technique by far! It does not have fundaments, nor basis, nor NOTHING It has nothing! It is only a weird invented power that is only used in this situation in the entire manga We NEVER see it again, we never hear from it again! All, because there wasn't a way to defeat Kabuto

That is Itachi's story, Strength Dude, I don't know! Kishimoto drew Itachi way too perfect I don't even know where to begin Calculating Itachi always had everything under control Even the things that were physically impossible to have under control He had them under control! He was capable of predicting many things From how ninja history will develop, to every enemy he confronted No one ever was ahead of him.

Itachi valued the feeling of others Every action he took was considering others and how they would feel This is an essential part of the character Since his empathy allowed him to be very influential in this story Very well deserved Rational Even though Itachi was very empathic And always consider other people's feelings The key at the time of decision-making was reason As he prove when he accepted the Uchiha slaughter mission He saw that it was the best thing long-term Besides, he understood he was the only one who could achieve something like that He didn't doubt to sacrifice it all, because it was the most logical option

Kishimoto showed Itachi like practically perfect He really had it all! Physically, the guy had a talent and a genetic blessing like no other Emotionally, even though he was in a Shonnen, and in constant war He never put aside the feelings of others Psychologically, he always was one step ahead of everyone He was brilliant in every way Besides, he is probably the most rational character in the entire manga So this mister covers every virtue spectrum What can I say? Weaknesses Overestimation The only real mistake he made was thinking that he could do it all by himself Actually, when he is resurrected with the Edo Tensei He tells Naruto not to make the same mistake That he shouldn't think he could do everything alone Because the help of your friends is necessary to accomplish great goals. But, curiously, this weakness ends to be eradicated First, because after his dead He realizes this and proceeds to trust Naruto Because if he were alive, this overestimation wouldn't exist Second, it really isn't his fault, in other words,

The guy objectively had been above everyone and everything It is hard to see your mistakes when everything works out for you You need to fail to improve Itachi never failed, and his only mistake Was understood and corrected after his dead So... yeah, well... He draws himself What Dai would have done The only thing I would have changed from Itachi's life Is the way he defeated Kabuto, in other words The over-exaggerated Izanami I know that not knowing how to defeat a powerful villain is not exclusive to Kishi It has happened to many authors But Kishi did it, notoriously, on two occasions With Madara and Kabuto Look, Itachi was capable of the impossible Why not defeat Kabuto differently? For example, If he had made a strategy to deceive Kabuto? I mean, all his focus was on Sasuke, What not made him think that he killed Sasuke with a Kage Bunshin, or something? After all, this guy did jutsus at the speed of light

At that moment, they could have captured him in an Uchiha clan barrier or so Similar to the one Obito used with the Juubi They could've cornered him, laugh at him and if they wanted They could finish him with Susanoo's magic sword And that's it Obviously, Kishimoto is infinitely more creative than me Besides, he had a lot of time to think, and if he wanted He could have asked someone to assist him and sole this fight better However, he didn't

Conclusion

Frankly, even though he has his exaggerated events And very clear favoritism from the author Itachi is one of the best characters in this manga It is hard to analyze if he really had an evolution Since, from a young age, he showed immense skills in every way I can say that he did evolve a little Because when he was revived with the Edo Tensei He understands his mistakes and tries to mend them how he can At the time, was ending the war And help his brother understand, that after all he did he really loved him So, he understood that even though everything works out for him And he's capable to perform whatever he wishes It is always better to have a friend in life Because the real important things are made with someone and not alone He went from being a ninja that performed any mission with no help To be a person who didn't only rely on others, but also trusted them! And directly left things in charge of others Like he did with Naruto during the war Now, I consider Itachi as one of the manga's best Not because he is omnipotent, but because he is a very rational empathic person In a manga, where most decisions are based on emotions You know, all this of being Hokage..etc.

Itachi analyze everything and put it in a balance He analyzed the profits and losses He considered these elements in everything he did As he proved in the Uchiha slaughter When he saw that the benefits overcame greatly the disadvantages He was empathic. Not because he has to protect his friends and so He was because he considered everyone part of Konoha He avoided unnecessary conflicts as he demonstrated with Azuma or Naruto Someone who had so much influence Especially, using these features in a manga Where emotions rule almost everything I consider it brilliant Definitely Itachi is a great character That beyond the perfection!
